Our Guarantee

Customer satisfaction means everything to us! If, within 30 days of delivery, you are unhappy with your purchase, please send your item back to us. Once we receive your item, we will credit your account or provide you a replacement or an exchange. Be sure to review our return policy and guidelines below so you know how to return your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept items that have been used.



Returns

All products have a 30 day refund policy from the date delivered. If you would like to return, replace, or exchange a unused, undamaged purchase, first, please email us at savvystudiosupplies@gmail.com with the details of your return, and specify whether a replacement is preferred. A shipping address will then be provided, and you may ship your product back to us with the carrier of your choice (as large ceramics are very delicate, please try to hold on to your original custom shipping box for storage, transport, or returns/exchanges!). Returns must be approved in advance and accompanied by the return paperwork. We cannot accept items mailed to us without this.


Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition, meaning the item/s returned show no signs of use, wear or damage.


*If you believe that your item was damaged during shipping, please help us by photographing the condition of the shipping box and the item, and send these photos to us along with your return/exchange request email.


Cancellations


As orders are often shipped within hours of being placed, we are not able to guarantee that we can cancel your order. However, we will support such requests when possible. If an order has already shipped, please be aware that we are no longer able to cancel or make any changes.
